Concordville Cares - Nemours Children's Health
Nemours Children’s Health is deeply grateful for its longstanding partnership with Concordville Subaru and Concordville Nissan, whose generosity and commitment to children’s well-being has spanned nearly two decades.
Since our partnership began in 2006, the Concordville dealerships have contributed more than $775,000 in support of Nemours Children’s Health, helping to advance pediatric cancer care and strengthen vital, family-centered services across our region.
In 2022, Concordville reaffirmed its commitment with a $250,000 gift to establish the Lustgarten Endowed Fund, supporting the Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Institute for Cancer and Blood Disorders. This fund provides a sustainable source of support for groundbreaking science, discovery and cultivation of world-class clinicians and faculty, and the advancement of our mission to stay at the forefront of pediatric medical innovation.
Most recently, Concordville committed an additional $150,000 to launch an Oral Immunotherapy Pilot Program in the Delaware Valley, to address a critical need for children living with food allergies. Oral immunotherapy represents the future of food allergy treatment and helps children gradually build tolerance to allergens under the care of experienced board-certified allergists.
This measured approach reduces the risk of life-threatening reactions and, for some children, may allow them to safely reintroduce foods once off limits. This program is greatly needed in the Delaware Valley and Concordville’s investment is bringing this life-changing care to local children and families.
Concordville’s impact extends beyond philanthropy. Through initiatives such as vehicle sale–based giving and enthusiastic participation in the Subaru Share the Love® Event, the dealerships have consistently demonstrated their dedication to children’s health.
This partnership also reflects a shared commitment to safety and prevention through car seat safety checks, injury prevention outreach, and ongoing community engagement.
Nemours Children’s Health is profoundly thankful for Concordville Subaru and Concordville Nissan’s two decades of support.
Together, we are improving care today while building a healthier, safer future for children and families throughout our region.
